Our employment training programs are designed to assist the unemployed. Here are some of the programs we offer:
The HOW? Program is designed for job seekers in Stream 4 and we strive to achieve outcomes for your Job Seekers. The HOW? Program is written and facilitated by highly experienced people within the Employment Services industry, some with qualifications in Psychology and Community Services.
Conducted in six steps over a five week period, the HOW? Program is totally different from traditional job search programs. It works from the inside out and focuses on the whole person. It focuses on the participant taking action and increasing self-awareness so that immediate and powerful results will occur.
The job seekers will gain a new and fresh perspective, powerful solutions, valuable resources, helpful feedback and advice, and motivation for employment prospecting. Each Job Seeker will be individually assessed at the start and completion of the program.
The HOW? Program can be conducted at your premises or we have a fully equipped training facility.

The WOW! Placement Program is designed for job seekers in Streams 2 - 4 and it is our aim to place your job seeker's into sustainable employment through job placement activities. The program is jam packed over 3 weeks depending on the job seeker's needs and is run over a longer period for complex job seekers.
UnityLink's WOW! Placement Program has been created and written by people who are highly experienced in the Employment Services industry. It fosters attitudinal change, understanding the work environment, practical job search, social needs with an emphasis on building social inclusion, employer workshops, job placement activities, utilising consultants for personal grooming advice, health and hygiene, and practice at different types of interviews.
With a 95+% success rate in getting job seekers to interviews, this is the program for your job seekers.

NOW!! Is an inplacement program specifically designed for staff that have
recently been retrenched or for those facing a potential redundancy. The
NOW!! Placement Program will assist your staff prepare a professional
resume, identify their transferable skills, introduce them to potential new
employers, arrange suitable job interviews for them and finally get them a
placement into that job they want!
The package includes:
- Group activities with a focus on the needs of the individual
- Professional resume writing
- Identifying transferable skills
- Attitudinal planning
- Interview techniques
- Marketing candidates to suitable employers
