Outbound Telemarketer

Established in 1994, UnityLink is a not for profit organisation, delivering employment and training programs to its clients on a national basis.

Due to growth, an opportunity has arisen for a part time Outbound Telemarketer with a strong sales background to contact current and new potential clients to source suitable vacancies for job seekers undergoing our programs.  This is a fast paced, challenging and rewarding role.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Outbound calls - no selling products
• Promoting our services to employers across a wide range of industries
• Canvassing potential employers who may have vacancies
• Maintaining an employer database
• Working in a small and committed team

Hours are flexible and we expect the successful candidate to work 4 hours per day.

To be considered for this role you will need outbound telemarketing experience, an ability to make a large volume of calls, have excellent interpersonal skills and excellent English language skills.

Reverse Marketer/Facilitator

UnityLink’s Employment Solutions business unit services clients nationally with the core focus on delivering employment and training programs.

Due to growth, an exciting and varied role has arisen in our Employment Solutions team as a reverse marketer / programs facilitator. Working with our unemployed clients, you will be part of a team running and facilitating our well developed and highly successful employment placement programs. Motivating and engaging the participants, you will act as a point of contact through their job seeking process and assist them in finding suitable employment opportunities within the hidden job market using reverse marketing techniques. ‘Follow up’ is key to success in this role so, you need to be tenacious, confident in your abilities and have the ability to cold call new clients.

If you are outgoing, professional, caring and confident in your abilities then this is the role for you! If you have a sales/reverse marketing/recruitment background, are interested in doing something a little ‘outside the square’ can interact with a diverse range of people  and like to rise to a real challenge then talk to us now. You will also need to have excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a team.

Our office is based at Taylors Lakes. However, you will need to be flexible to deliver programs throughout metropolitan Melbourne as well as interstate. You will be rewarded with a good base salary, packaging options, car allowance or a FMV, laptop and mobile phone.
